inheritors
Inheritors are individuals who receive either part or all of an estate according to a testator’s will or according to familial descent laws which govern legal heirs , in cases in which there is no will or trust . Inheritor’s receive their inheritance from the executor of the will or trust upon the death of their benefactor.
